In consideration for the right to participate in the 1960’s Culver High Alumni Picnic Car Show (hereafter “Car Show”), the undersigned releases the CCHS Booster Club,The City of Culver City, Culver City Unified School District and the 1960’s Culver Alumni (hereafter called the “Releasees”) from all actions, claims or demands that theundersigned, and his/her/their assignees now or may hereafter have against the Releasees resulting from the participation of the undersigned in this Car Show.The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Releasees harmless for injury, loss or damage resulting from or inherent in the participation of the undersigned in this Car Show.The undersigned will maintain automobile liability insurance as required by California Vehicle Code #16020 for the vehicle to be exhibited on the date of said Car Show andupon request will provide proof that said insurance is in full force and effect.
